Is Waking up at 5 AM Really Makes You Successful?

Is waking up at 5 am really a key to success?

This question often pops up on Instagram, with many claiming that waking up at 5 am is the secret to success.  Well, that's one of the other. However, is this really true for everyone, or is it just a trend that everyone is following without much thought?

I mean, sure, there's this whole algorithm thing on social media, and people are just doing whatever it takes to grab attention. After all, many people manipulate these algorithms by buying likes and followers to increase their visibility. But let's get real, not everyone is wired to be a morning person. People have different schedules and preferences, and success can be achieved through different means and timelines. Come on, Early morning won't be such peaceful if all started to wake up!

So, the trend of waking up at 5 am may be more about attracting attention to posts rather than actual success.

Some people see these posts and are like, "Yeah, I should totally start doing that tomorrow." But then tomorrow comes, and nothing changes, right? It's like this cycle that's hard to break out of. And some, who  "think" about waking up or pondering about it but do not follow anyway.

Except for suddenly getting viral on something, 'success' is not an easy thing that comes pouring in like the gold in your mobile game.

And if you are a really early morning person, seeing the post, you'll feel wow I am great. Of course you are but those people don't care about you but their own post. If one doesn't wake up at 5 am do they not try hard in life? Definitely not Man! Everyone here has their own importance.

Many people and even kids wake up at 5 am or earlier than that to go to educational institutes or offices or practice or have a habit of studying in the quiet dawn.

If you are working hard on something, you can have your own timeline that is best for you. If you are not an early riser, waking up at 5 am can actually make you tired when you start doing something. It's not for all the people, of course. Generally, it feels good when you wake up early and no longer drowsy.

So that's the point behind saying this? Why do they say waking up at 5 am really makes you successful?

It is the same as we read in childhood essays. The early morning air is clean or less polluted and nice. Breathing the air can be helpful for our body. The time is perfect for doing yoga, meditation, exercise, walking or jogging in the park, or field. By waking up early, you can get more time in your day, so you can finish your work with full power and concentration. Finishing work gives you satisfaction, and you may not have to stay up the night. These help to keep your mental and physical state perfect.

Let's say you woke up at 5 am, then what now? Make sure you have a plan to do after that, otherwise, it's a waste. If you plan to do something after waking up at 5 am, and if you do that, it could be something like giving time to your family, or doing yoga, or studying or something else, you will feel good. And if you can carry on the same, you are the winner of the line waking up at 5 am really makes you successful.

It's a very good thing to have a routine in life. One can create their own routine as they wish. Take the example of successful sportspersons and their training routines. Although a continuous routine life can be exhausting for normal people, it's still important.

Generally, all that drives us to do something is a huge urge and a hard push or burden of responsibility or passion. It's not about waking up at 5 am. It's wasting time even though you wake up at 5 am.

We don't utilize the time we get every day. And we know that. The 21st century, where we are living, is full of destruction and options. Few people think about making a change, but they either don't start or can't keep up. We believe in "entertainment", the game, social media, unnecessary relationships, and the calling of electronic devices around us.... We waste time on those, we give our mental and physical stress using them again. Staying up late, keeping our work pending, scolding by the boss, screaming from loved ones in the family, middling to the chaos around us, ignited by some people, etc. If you continue to do those, waking up at 5 am won't do any good. You are already irritated by those; you don't like people around you, the work you do, the things you are receiving, the reward you are waiting... If you want to live a successful life, you have to utilize the time and do things timely. Your brain and body will automatically function well when you treat them sincerely. They are inside you, they are waiting to hear from you. And precisely that, you don't need to wake up exactly at 5 am. Waking up at 7 am will also do. You can just make up a routine in your way.
